6-Month Term Contract | Full-Time
Redwood Infrastructure is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of in-building telecommunications projects, including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and neutral host solutions. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential for high impact and visibility, supporting our mission to expand critical telecom infrastructure across Canada. This position has the capcity to lead to permanent full-time employment.
In this role, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle—from initial scoping and acquisition through to design, construction, commissioning, and handover. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with Redwood’s standards of excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead in-building telecom infrastructure projects from planning through execution and closeout.
- Oversee DAS and neutral host solution deployment in commercial and complex building environments.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, spend tracking, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to align timelines, resources, and expectations.
- Prepare and present performance metrics and project updates.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain compliance with project governance standards and confidentiality obligations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to support delivery quality and progress tracking.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience managing telecom, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in in-building/DAS/neutral host deployments.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and cost control.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficient in project management tools and data analysis.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) is a strong asset.
- Based in Toronto or willing to travel within Canada as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to navigate construction sites (e.g., stairs, ladders, uneven terrain).
- Comfortable using PPE (e.g., hard hat, safety boots, high-visibility gear).
- Capable of remaining on foot for extended periods during site walkthroughs.
- Willingness to travel to active build locations across Canada.

Compensation
$43.00 - $58.00 per hour
