Are you a highly organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment? Redwood Infrastructure is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll provide critical support to our executive leadership team, helping keep operations running smoothly while contributing to meaningful national infrastructure projects. What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Prepare and format reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Run and compile reports, download files, and support various ongoing initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support special projects and contribute to process improvements.
  • Manage internal communications and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with IT for equipment orders and assist team members with basic support needs.
  • Maintain digital and physical records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Some travel may be required from time to time

What You Bring

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior-level administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.

Compensation

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
